You must be at least 13 years old to use GainsGPT. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to use GainsGPT for personal, non-commercial purposes. This is a license grant, not a transfer of ownership. Under this license, you may not:

Modify, copy, or distribute the app or its content
Use the app for any commercial purpose
Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the app
Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of GainsGPT require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan
Allow automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date
Manage your subscription through your device's app store settings

Refunds are handled according to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly process payments or issue refunds.

5. AI-Generated Content

GainsGPT uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized workout plans based on your profile and preferences. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated workouts are suggestions and should be adapted to your individual capabilities
The AI may occasionally produce content that is not optimal for your specific situation
You are responsible for evaluating whether any exercise is appropriate for you

6. Health Disclaimer

GainsGPT is an AI-powered fitness assistant and does not provide medical advice. It generates workout plans based on user input and general fitness guidelines.

You acknowledge that any physical activity carries inherent risks. GainsGPT is not liable for injuries, health complications, or other issues arising from following its recommendations.

The AI considers the health conditions and limitations you disclose, but it cannot diagnose or prevent medical conditions. Always consult a healthcare provider before beginning a new exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.

If you experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, or any unusual symptoms while exercising, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

Listen to your body—take rest days and modify exercises as needed.

7. Disclaimer

The GainsGPT app and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” GainsGPT makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all other warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall GainsGPT or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the app, even if notified of the possibility of such damages.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app. Continued use of GainsGPT after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
