Account Deletion

- Open the GainsGPT app
- Go to Settings
- Tap on “Delete Account”
- Confirm your decision by following the prompts
Alternatively, you can email post@gainsgpt.app with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and we will process your request within 30 days.
Please note that:
- Some information may be retained for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes
- Backup systems may contain your data for up to 90 days after deletion
Children's Privacy
GainsGPT is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at post@gainsgpt.app so we can promptly remove the information.
